
Carrot, Orange, and Ginger Juice

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
7 large Sumo oranges
4 large carrots
1 (3-inch) piece of ginger
PREPARATION
- Scrub the carrots and ginger with a brush. Peel the oranges.
- Cut carrots into large chunks.
- Juice the oranges, then juice the carrots and ginger.
- Drink right away or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
