Carrot, Orange, and Ginger Juice

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

7 large Sumo oranges
4 large carrots
1 (3-inch) piece of ginger

PREPARATION

  1. Scrub the carrots and ginger with a brush. Peel the oranges.
  2. Cut carrots into large chunks.
  3. Juice the oranges, then juice the carrots and ginger.
  4. Drink right away or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
