Adrian Chen is the Regional Manager at Chafolio, a tea brand focused on thoughtfully sourced loose leaf teas and the craft traditions behind them. She works across tea education, customer experience, and market outreach, helping more people connect with tea through taste, story, and practice. With experience as both a tea educator and Nutrition Specialist, her approach brings together practical knowledge, sensory exploration, and a deeper appreciation for how tea fits into everyday life.
At this Foodwise tea talk and tasting, Adrian will guide guests through a tasting of selected teas while sharing tea knowledge on origin, processing, flavor, and brewing. The session will also include a Q&A, offering guests a chance to learn more about tea in an open, approachable, and engaging setting. All demos take place in the Foodwise Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
