Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. This demo will highlight an artisan producer who sells in our market.
Jen Musty is the founder of Batter Bakery, a unique bakery that specializes in artisan-crafted baked goods. Jen is a passionate baker and enjoys being an entrepreneur. After starting her business in a colorful kiosk and a traveling Battermobile, she has now established a home on Polk Street, as well as at the Saturday Ferry Plaza Farmers Market, for her lovely sweet treats.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the CUESA tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
