Batter Bakery is a boutique bakery specializing in unique, handcrafted baked goods. Their classic yet innovative sweets are made using premium ingredients and fresh, seasonal flavors. Batter was founded in 2008 by owner Jen Musty out of a passion for baking; a unique creative energy; and a love for bringing people happiness through wonderful food. All demos take place in the Foodwise Classroom (green tent in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
