Sweet Tooth Tour in Sonoma County

How sweet it is! Last fall, a CUESA tour group visited Downtown Bakery and gelato maker Cremeux Ex Machina to get a behind-the-scenes look at a couple of the sweeter vendors of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. At Downtown Bakery in Healdsburg, we toured the kitchen, where pastries are made from scratch daily, and learned how to make apple galettes. At Chileno Valley Jersey Dairy, we saw organic dairy cows up close, met the folks behind Cremeux Ex Machina, and enjoyed their freshly made gelato. Take a virtual tour by clicking the images below.
