Crumble & Whisk is a bake shop in the heart of San Francisco. Charles Farrier started the business in 2013 with a passion for the artistry of cheesecakes. With the assistance of the La Cocina business incubator program, he was able to expand and offer his cheesecakes to a wider audience. His cheesecakes range in size from bite-sized, mini, and large, with some popular flavors highlighting seasonal ingredients. Crumble & Whisk takes pride in presenting creative and artistic styles of cheesecake at the farmers market, including berry and beet, roasted peach crumble, and spicy Mexican chocolate. Crumble & Whisk also offers vegan and sugar-free options.
