Stone Fruit and Cucumber Salad

Keep it simple with this fresh summer salad and let peak-season produce shine!
INGREDIENTS
2 peaches
2 nectarines
4 plums
4 to 5 cucumbers
8 to 10 basil leaves
Flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION
- Choose stone fruit that is firm but has a little give when you squeeze it.
- Cut around the pit and slice the fruit into thin slices.
- Cut cucumbers on the bias into thin slices.
- Arrange the fruit and cucumber in alternating layers on a serving platter.
- Tear the basil leaves and scatter over the top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with your best olive oil.
