Stop by the Foodwise Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. This month, we’re showcasing Greens of Spring as part of our Seasonal Spotlight program.
Chef de Cuisine Te-Sean Glass brings a rich culinary background from his Southern roots in St. Augustine, Florida and experience in fine dining destinations to Bon Délire. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s culinary program, he honed his skills at José Andrés Group in Miami before moving to California joining the Saison Hospitality Group’s Michelin-starred Saison restaurant, and later Angler as Chef de Partie. An opportunity to be part of an opening restaurant team led him to Bon Délire, where he combines his background in fine dining with his foundation in the refined techniques of French cuisine he studied in culinary school.
All demos take place in the Foodwise Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
