Danielle Clark, Keep It Simple Juice

Saturday, February 8, 2025, 11:00 am - 11:45 am

Stop by the Foodwise Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Danielle started her fresh juice and ginger shot business, Keep It Simple Juice, in January 2024 after her mother’s cancer came back and she needed a way to provide her with the nutrients and benefits she needed but couldn’t consume during chemo. She started with making ginger shots and juice and sharing on Instagram to show her followers and ended up getting great feedback. She then started providing free ginger shots to her friends and was overwhelmed by the positive feedback, so she decided that this could be something she does as a career. Danielle joined Mandela Partners’ Food Business Pathways program and at their graduation presentation was able to wow a Foodwise representative. She was invited to Juneteenth on the Waterfront, and the rest is history! She can now be found at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market on Saturdays.

All demos take place in the Foodwise Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
