Foodwise is committed to serving the public while upholding an ethical workplace. In support of this commitment, Foodwise encourages complaints, reports or inquiries about illegal practices or serious violations of Foodwise’s policies, including illegal or improper conduct by Foodwise itself, by its leadership, or by others on its behalf. These include financial improprieties, accounting or audit concerns, ethical violations, code of conduct violations, or other similar illegal or improper practices or policies.

Protection from Retaliation

Foodwise will not permit any negative or adverse actions to be taken against any employee or individual for making a good-faith report of a possible violation. Retaliation in any form will not be tolerated. An employee who retaliates against someone who has reported a violation in good faith is subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment. This Whistleblower Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and others to raise serious concerns within Foodwise prior to seeking resolution outside the organization.
