Culinary Program Manager

Naomi (she/her) oversees Foodwise’s Crop of the Month educational programming, which includes seasonal tastings, demos, and monthly festivals in the farmers market. Having worked in the food service industry her entire life, she decided to formalize her education and earned her degree in Culinary Arts Management. While completing her final semester at City College of San Francisco, Naomi got her start at Foodwise as an intern for the Foodwise Kids program, then joined the staff as the Foodwise Teens Education Coordinator. Her favorite part of her job is witnessing people trying a new food, or teaching them to cook something from scratch. Besides cooking and eating, she also enjoys hanging out with her daughters, camping, and watching bad reality TV. Meet Naomi.
