About
Jaime Torres, who took over running Medina Berry Farms operations over two years ago, is the third generation to manage the family farm, where his mother Rosie is a manager as well. His grandfather, Pedro Medina, worked on other farms for several years before buying his own land in 1980, which was a berry farm from the very beginning. Medina Berry Farms specialize and take pride in their cultivation of a wide variety of strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, including unique varieties like Anne Yellow raspberries and Jewel Black raspberries. They are in the process of transitioning to organic certification and are excited to begin a new chapter of educating people about organic and natural farming practices.
