Stop by the Foodwise Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Yasmin Fahr is a food writer and regular contributor to New York Times Cooking. Along with Cook Simply, Live Fully: Flexible, Flavorful Recipes for Any Mood (HarperCollins, 2024), she is also the author of Keeping It Simple and Boards & Spreads. Her writing and recipes have appeared online and in print publications such as Epicurious, Food52, The Kitchn, The Guardian and The Washington Post. All demos take place in the Foodwise Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
