Sukkot Pop-Up with JCCSF

Join JCCSF at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market on Saturday, October 11, to celebrate and learn about Sukkot, a Jewish festival honoring the fall harvest.
Together we’ll experience the beauty of a community sukkah by connecting, creating and eating together in this special space. You’re also invited to learn about and perform the rituals of Sukkot by shaking the lulav & etrog, tasting local honey from Marshall’s Farm Natural Honey, and more. Sukkot activities take place in the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market’s back plaza.
At 12:00 pm, join us at the Foodwise Classroom (green tent in front of the Ferry Building) for a free cooking demo with Chef Adam Rosenblum of Super Mensch & Causwells, with recipes and samples for all.
All are welcome. All activities are free unless otherwise noted and take place at Foodwise’s Ferry Plaza Farmers Market at the Ferry Building in San Francisco.
