Stop by the Foodwise Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
Micah Siva is a trained chef, registered dietitian, recipe writer, and food photographer, specializing in modern Jewish cuisine. She shares Jewish-inspired, plant-forward recipes through her blog, Nosh with Micah. Her new children’s book, 1, 2, 3, Nosh with Me, will be published on September 5, 2023.
All demos take place in the Foodwise Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all. The demo will be followed by a book signing at Book Passage inside the Ferry Building at 1:00 pm.
