Filming and Photography Permit Application

Thanks for your interest in filming at Foodwise’s Ferry Plaza Farmers Market or Mission Community Market. Please complete the following form with as much detail about your project as possible. You will also be required to confirm that you have read and agree to Foodwise’s Filming and Photography Policies.

Submitting this application does not constitute a permit to film or take photography at Foodwise farmers markets. After reviewing your application, Foodwise will make a determination and inform you whether your project has been approved. Filming related contributions may be required for some projects and will be assessed based on nature, size, scope, and complexity.

Please submit your application at least 10 business days in advance of the requested date. We will respond to applications within 3 business days.

» Read Filming and Photography Policies

In signing below, the applicant agrees to the terms in Foodwise’s Photography & Filming Agreement, and assumes responsibility for any damage to Foodwise equipment or Ferry Building property. This application does not cover filming or photography inside the Ferry Building Marketplace. The applicant agrees to cause no interruption to the sellers’ business at Foodwise Farmers Markets. In some cases, a certificate of insurance naming Foodwise as additional insured may be requested.

Submitting this application does not constitute a permit to film or take photography. Filming related contributions are required for commercial filming/photography, and will be determined based on the nature, size, scope, and complexity of each project.
