SF Black Wallstreet

People

SF Black Wallstreet is a nonprofit deeply committed to preserving African American culture and building economic power within the Black community. They provide training and technical support for 50 Black entrepreneurs who are starting or growing their businesses.

About

Long-standing structural inequities have excluded Black entrepreneurs and small business owners from accessing opportunities to achieve financial prosperity. SF Black Wallstreet removes barriers to access by leveraging a community of experts to provide wrap-around services and creating pathways to wealth building for entrepreneurs. Their 4 to 8-week Black Millionaire Development program levels the playing field for fifty current and aspiring entrepreneurs by equipping them with skills and knowledge to start and grow their businesses. Through the Building Equity program, Foodwise partners with SF Black Wallstreet to connect Black entrepreneurs to market opportunities at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
