Thou Shall-ot Be Chill-e Cocktail

This recipe was made at CUESA’s Fifth Annual Summer Celebration on June 14, 2015.


Makes 2 drinks


5 strawberries
1 ounce red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon of minced shallots
2½ ounces of St. George Green Chile Vodka
1 ¼ ounces of simple syrup
½ ounce lime juice

Let the strawberries soak with the vinegar, garlic, and shallots for 48 hours until the flavors blend together.

To make the cocktail, blend the vodka, simple syrup, 1 ounce of the purée, and lime juice with ice. Pour into two glasses to serve.
