Saturday, November 19, 2016, 10:30 am - 11:15 am

Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
An East Bay native, Tyler Warner graduated from Cooks, Books & Corks in Napa and has spent the last 12 years of his professional career fine-tuning his craft with a focus on local and sustainable ingredients. As Executive Chef at Precita Park Café, Tyler cooks a seasonal contemporary American/Italian menu with an emphasis on whole animal butchery and unique house-made dishes. Tyler has worked at a number of restaurants in the East Bay such as The Peasant & the Pear, Blackhawk Grille, and The Market, and has served as a personal chef for a handful of Bay Area clients as well. Tyler has a passion for giving back to the community and continues to be involved in numerous charitable events such as Best of SF and CUESA’s Summer Celebration, among others. When he’s not working, Tyler can be found spending time with his fiancé and 6 year old son Nathan.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
