Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Founded by two chefs who enjoy the camaraderie of eating and drinking together, Hillside Supper Club promotes introducing new friends, experiencing different foods, and experimenting with fun ingredients, all while building a community around the principals of simplicity and sustainability. They are inspired by old world traditions and the importance of seasons. Tony is passionate and driven, and has worked with some of the best chefs around the world. Jonathan has studied with some of the world’s most well-respected chefs, and it shows. 

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
