Stop by CUESA’s Jack London Square Farmers Market in Oakland for a cooking demo with Sahar of Oakland Bloom featuring the seasonal bounty of the Jack London Square Farmers Market.
Sahar learned to cook by cooking with many friends and family. She focuses on traditional Iranian food that she grew up with. Her food is her way of sharing what means home to her and capturing her journey through different regions of Iran.
All demos take place at the CUESA Classroom (in the Palm Plaza at Embarcadero West and Webster Street, adjacent to the Info Booth) and are free and open to the public, with samples and recipes for all.
