Market Mocktails with Ramon Piñon, Hello Stranger and Forgery Bar

Saturday, January 11, 2020, 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm

Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Learn cocktail making tips and tricks using the winter farmers market bounty from the SF Bay Area Chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild. Ramon Piñon has been working in the Bay Area for the past four years. Ramon is currently a bartender at Hello Stranger in Oakland and at the Forgery Bar in San Francisco, where he also cuts ice for bars and restaurants. He is also a part of the United States Bartender’s Guild SF Bay Area Chapter, which partners up with CUESA several times a year.

He’ll be making market mocktails, as a preview for  CUESA’s Choose Your Own Adventure: Winter Cocktails of the Farmers Market fundraiser at the Ferry Building on Wednesday, January 29.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
