John McReynolds is the author of The Stone Edge Farm Cookbook (2013), winner of the 2014 Book of the Year—a historic first for a self-published cookbook—and Best First Book awards from the International Association of Culinary Professionals. The founding chef and co-owner of Cafe La Haye in Sonoma for ten years, McReynolds is the Culinary Director of Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyards and Winery.

The Stone Edge Farm Kitchen Larder Cookbook is an indispensable resource for transforming fresh, seasonal ingredients into larder essentials, then use them as inspiration for all kinds of flavorful food throughout the year. Using the season’s best from Sonoma farms, John will demo and discuss recipes for the pantry and the table.  

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
