Jill Nussinow is a Registered Dietitian, freelance writer, speaker and cooking teacher. Her real love is the food part of nutrition and she has been teaching cooking for the past 25 years. Jill is passionate about foods that come from Mother Earth, especially vegetables and items such as mushrooms, sea vegetables, flax and tempeh. Don’t let it scare you if these foods sound strange and unfamiliar. Let Jill teach you the best ways to purchase, prepare, cook and eat them, in a most delicious way.
