"Iron Chef Challenge" Samples from the International Culinary Center

From 10:30 to 11:00 am while supplies last, students from the International Culinary Center’s “Farm-to-Table” program will be sharing dishes they prepare at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market for shoppers to sample.

Stop by the CUESA Classroom to meet the students and talk to them about their cooking techniques and farmers market ingredients. Quantities will be limited, so arrive on time to enjoy all of the dishes being offered.
