Stop by CUESA’s Jack London Square Market for a cooking demo with Chef Henry Hamilton of Tender Greens featuring the seasonal bounty of the Jack London Square Farmers Market.

Henry Hamilton, Sous Chef at Tender Greens Walnut Creek, is an Oakland native and earned his degree in culinary arts from Contra Costa College. He’s been cooking professionally for the last 11 years. Prior to joining Tender Greens, he worked with some really cool chefs who helped him hone his craft at a variety of restaurants across the Bay Area including Moss & Stone in San Francisco, Oliveto in Oakland, Va de Vi Bistro & Wine Bar in Walnut Creek, and Twitter HQ in San Francisco. His favorite thing about living in Oakland and the Bay Area is that he’s able to experience food and flavors from all over the word in this beautiful city by the bay. When he’s not at work he’s obsessing over cookbooks.

All demos take place at the CUESA Classroom (adjacent to the info booth at Broadway and Water Street) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
