Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
Sow : verb |sō| plant (seed) by scattering it on or in the ground for future growth. Sow Juice is an independently owned, San Francisco based juice bar crafting inspired juice combinations fresh to order using only the highest quality, organic, in-season California grown ingredients. They have an outdoor kiosk in the North Arcade at the San Francisco Ferry Building and value making a quality product, providing outstanding service and supporting our local food system.
Sow Juice was created out of a desire to showcase the beauty and breadth of California grown produce. They believe that juice deserves the same care and attention to sourcing, freshness and presentation as any other culinary offering. You will only find the most delicious in-season California sown seeds come to fruition on our menu, made fresh to order and served with pride. Each drink is made-to-order to keep in line with their mission to serve the freshest most delicious juice in San Francisco.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
