Endless Fun in Support of Local Food and Farmers
CUESA’s Summer Celebration brings together the Bay Area’s best chefs, bartenders, wine makers, farmers, and food lovers for an unforgettable evening of abundant food and drink benefitting CUESA’s work to cultivate a healthy food system.
Since launching the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market 23 years ago, CUESA’s mission has been to bring farmers and urban dwellers together to create a world where fresh, sustainably grown food is at the center of everyone’s plate, and family farming is a viable for generations to come.
For one night only, the majestic Ferry Building Marketplace is closed for a lavish walk-around feast where peak-season produce is the star. As you stroll the halls, you’ll explore the bounty of summer through five summer plant families: berries, stone fruit, leaves and flowers, cucurbits (cucumbers and melons), and alliums (onion and garlic). Through each artfully crafted bite and cocktail, you’ll discover the best that that California’s agricultural bounty has to offer.
And you’ll be making a difference for kids and farmers alike when you join us! Proceeds from the night provide much-needed support for CUESA’s ongoing education initiatives, such as Foodwise Kids cooking classes and the Schoolyard to Market youth entrepreneurship program.
Enjoy great music, go on a culinary treasure hunt to win fantastic prizes, bid in a silent auction, and savor unlimited food and drink, knowing that you’re supporting a healthy food future for all.
Buy your tickets now to take advantage of our early bird ticket price of $120 ($80 tax-deductible donation). After May 14, tickets will go up to the full price of $140 ($100 tax-deductible donation).
