Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. This demo will highlight a farmer-chef relationship forged and sustained at the farmers market, featuring Eatwell Farm.
Paige Boger has been working with Eatwell farm for over 10 years, and Amie for about 6. Together, they’ve been cooking up menus on both sides of the bridge based on the farmers market and Eatwell Farm. Both can be seen around the bay teaching, cooking, and feeding anyone who shows up with an appetite. From hosting legendary “Tomato Sauce Parties” where Nigel Walker of Eatwell delivered 2000 pounds of tomatoes to Paige’s backyard, to an annual Taco Season Opener, these two kitchen wives live for the seasonal bounty that California provides and making anyone and everyone welcome around the table.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
